The Shop block provides a simple way to take payments for items through Paypal. By default it uses the Paypal shopping cart, which has very limited ability to manage postage/shipping etc, so (as we're always at pains to say) this is by no means a full ecommerce system, but it may prove suitable for many small businesses.
