Files

Once you have uploaded Document Files to your site (such as PDFs) you can link to them from your website pages so that users can view or download them. This can be managed by clicking the Files link in your Admin Toolbar.

You can create and delete subfolders and upload a variety of file types to them.

Organising Files

Once you have your files uploaded you can make them available to you visitors in a couple of ways. One way is to use a Document Folder like this one to display links to all the files in the folder.

The benefit of this is that as you add or remove files from the folder this block will automatically update.

Linking to Files

You can link to a document from text in the editor making it easy for users to dowload a specific document. Highlight the text, click the Link button and in the Link Dialogue box click Browse Server to browse your files to select the correct one to link to.
