Meeting Calendar

Websites use a variety of methods to list monthly or annual meetings etc, including links to Agendas, Minutes and other documents. Some can involve large tables which can cause horrible viewing problems on mobile devices, others use document folders to list the files on separate pages of Minutes and Agendas, etc, which is better for mobile devices but can mean users having to navigate around various pages on a site to collect all the information about one meeting.

The Spanglefish 3 Meeting Calendar block combines all your meeting information in a single page without causing mobile problems. For more information on using it see our Meeting Calendar Tutorial.

This block is a paid add-on - if you want to try it out and test it we're happy to arrange that for free, but if you want to continue to use it thereafter it would incur an additional annual charge of £30.
